The track Am Hirschelheck near Grossrosseln in the Saarland Warndt area is run by MCC-Warndt e. V. im ADAC. According to MX-Info the main track measures 1800 metres, with an additional children's track of about 400 metres for riders aged six and up. The site is open all year; MX-Info lists training on Wednesdays from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturdays from 13:00 to 17:00 and Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00. The day fee for the main track is 20 euro on Saturdays and 15 euro on Sundays and Wednesdays, the children's track costs 10 euro. Membership fees range from 60 to 240 euro per year depending on engine class. Motocross, enduro, quad and sidecar machines are permitted. The layout is described with steep turns, sharp jumps, berms and rollers. Where jumps and rollers set the rhythm, what matters is less the cornering line than what the suspension absorbs on landing: on a lap of this length the hard hits arrive in series, and a rear that bottoms costs you the line straight after. If the shock bottoms hard on jump landings, top of our cause list is rear high-speed compression that is too soft - add some so the hit is controlled.
