Between the villages of Konikowo and Niekłonice west of Koszalin, Klub Motocrossowy Mx-Koszalin runs its course. The club has been riding since 2002 and has been registered as Koszalińskie Towarzystwo Sportowe since 2007, with sections for motocross, freestyle and cross country. In May 2011 the track reopened after a rebuild: 1750 metres, eleven jumps, from 25-metre table tops through 15 to 18-metre jumps down to small six to eight-metre kickers. The club paid for the work itself with support from a construction firm; the trigger was the zone championship in August of the same year. The site sits at just 36 metres. Eleven jumps over 1750 metres means one every sixty to eighty metres. You rarely get a whole straight to sort yourself out - whatever you get wrong after one jump you carry into the next. That is exactly where the common problem sits: the bike kicks off the face instead of leaving cleanly. First on our list is rear rebound - returning too fast, it launches the rear; slow it down.
