Track details
Dry hardpack turns hard, slick and dusty - little grip reserve, especially on corner exit.
After rain a greasy film forms on the hard base - very slippery until the surface dries.

The Chojna circuit sits on a former Soviet military airfield at the edge of town, on the road out towards Cedynia and about 70 kilometres from Szczecin. It is run by Klub Motorowy Chojna, it is homologated, and it carries the name of Konrad Kugler. 1650 metres, run clockwise, 14 jumps and a 40-gate start - the Polish track catalogue calls the layout winding and technical. On the ground we disagree with it: the catalogue records clay with occasional sandy sections, we file hardpack. A former airfield rarely offers elevation, and that pushes the whole difficulty into the line. Fourteen jumps in 1650 metres leave almost no track to sort yourself out on: finish a corner too far out and the next approach is already lost before you open the throttle. What most often spoils a fast circuit: the bike goes vague and restless in the quick sweepers. Top of our cause list is the ride-height and sag balance - set the sag properly before you start counting clicks at all.
