Mepal Moto Park - also listed under the name F-15 MX - sits on Block Fen Drove near Chatteris in Cambridgeshire, roughly halfway between Chatteris and Ely. It is described as a pure sand circuit 1.8 kilometres long with large jumps and banked corners, plus a shorter loop for developing riders. Because of the ground it had a reputation as a track that stays rideable through the wet, cold months when other venues shut; weekends and Wednesdays were given as its opening days. Important: the Moto Track Guide directory now lists Mepal as permanently closed. Practice fees and access rules are not publicly documented. Sand asks for fitness above all - the banked corners and jumps only work on the throttle, and the circuit digs deeper as the day goes on, which is why Mepal was open to riders of every level yet still tested their condition. Before you work out a setup for it, settle the status question: since a source lists the track as permanently closed, call the operator or check their Facebook page before you travel - a wasted run to Cambridgeshire costs more than any adjustment.
