El Rebollar MX

El Rebollar sits on the road from Ciguenuela to Robladillo west of Valladolid and is run by the Motoclub Vallisoletano. The site was built in 2009 and covers around 24 hectares; the facility register of the Valladolid motorcycling federation lists the motocross and quadcross track at 1,590 metres long and at least 12 metres wide, laid out with the stated intention of one day being able to host a world championship round. Alongside it runs an enduro course of 600 metres by 5 metres with large stones, loose gravel, logs, tyres, a water hole and a log climb. According to mxcircuit.es the main track is built from tabletops, doubles, whoops, linked jumps and technical zones on hard ground. There is a bar, a wash bay and timing, but no toilets. Important for planning: the same source states there is no regular training operation - riding happens on race days, and the Castilla y Leon regional federation publishes the schedules for the Trofeo El Rebollar. Hard ground forgives little and passes hits through largely unfiltered, and the linked jumps leave the rear almost no time to extend between two landings. That is exactly where it gets expensive if the rear packs down and bottoms out: top of our cause list for that is a rear high-speed compression set too soft - add a little so the landing is absorbed under control instead of slamming through.
