Motocross in Siroke goes back to the 1950s, when the first locals took their machines off the road and into the terrain; the best-known rider of that era was Ladislav Katrinak, a multiple Slovak champion and father of national rider Jaroslav Katrinak. The Slovak track directory lists Siroke as a circuit with a respectable racing history that is maintained regularly. Practice costs 5 euros.
