The track on the Pfingstberg in Schuttertal is run by MSC Alemannorum Schweighausen e. V. im ADAC, founded in 1973 with around 200 members according to MX-Info. MX-Info gives 1480 metres of length, a mixed ground of sand, loam and gravel plus jumps, corners, climbs and descents. Training runs from April to October on Tuesdays from 17:00 to 20:00, open to members and guest riders; the day fee per vehicle is 15 euro for members and 25 euro for guests and includes sanitary facilities, parking and catering. Motocross and enduro machines, quads and sidecars of all engine classes are permitted. The club also stages youth motocross events and championship rounds on the Pfingstberg. With climbs and descents alternating, your lap is decided on the hill: lose drive at the top and you lose the time accelerating out, not in the corner. If the rear spins on the climb and finds no grip, top of our cause list is too much rear tyre pressure - lower it so the contact patch grows and the tyre bites again.
