The track lies at Campagne le Bas Lauris in Esparron-de-Verdon and is attributed to Moto Club d'Esparron. The directory mxcircuit.fr lists it at 1800 metres long and at least 6 metres wide on natural earth. Bikes only, an FFM licence is required, and the day rate is given as 15 euros. The same entry, however, carries a note that the circuit is closed, and no riding times are documented there. Our own record holds it as a technical course on loam; the source names only natural earth and says nothing about the character. What that ground actually does to you and to the bike cannot be derived honestly from what is available, and above that sits the more basic question of whether anyone is riding there at all. So there is exactly one thing to do: call Moto Club d'Esparron before you set off and have them confirm that the gate is open and on which date. Otherwise the drive into the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence costs you a full day for a locked gate.
