Caneva - Doro Augusto

The Caneva - Doro Augusto track sits on Via delle Fornaci in the Fiaschetti district of Caneva in the province of Pordenone and is run by Motoclub Caneva. The track directory mxcenter.it lists the circuit at 1,400 metres on dirt with an FMI category 4 homologation. There is essentially no infrastructure: no bar, no hot or cold showers, no 220 volt outlets, no floodlights and no separate minicross area. No practice hours are recorded at all - in place of a schedule the directory carries the instruction to contact the track directly and gives a phone number for it. That makes Caneva a pure training venue where you look after yourself: bring water, food and tools, and since there is no floodlighting, riding ends with daylight. Our record holds a technical character for it, a lap that asks for concentration throughout rather than offering long stretches to recover in. So the one thing to do before this trip is not a suspension job: call the club and have the opening day and time confirmed before you set off.
