AMK Litovel

AMK Litovel runs the motocross track on the site of a former brick works on the edge of Litovel in the Olomouc district; the club gives Sargounska 1043/7 as its address. The club states itself that it keeps the track in operation and puts on at least one round of the International Czech Supercross Championship every year, so the venue is built for racing and not just for open practice. The track directory mxtrate.cz lists roughly 1000 metres of length, clay ground and practice from 8:00 to 19:00, with Tuesdays and Thursdays reserved for children. Our own record holds an altitude of around 243 metres and the motocross category. The character still shows the supercross past: mxtrate.cz describes a heavily jumped layout with banked turns and rates it for advanced riders. Many short jump combinations mean many landings per lap, and that is where it is decided whether the rear stays calm. Top of our cause list is: rebound returns too fast and launches the rear off the face - slow it down, that is fewer clicks out. Treat that as a starting point, not a safety promise, and plan a phone call to the club before your first visit, because fees and the rules for visiting riders are not publicly documented.
