OEM setup cards - 250 MX 2025 and supermoto factory settings

Companion to the 450 MX card. Block A are Keefer TESTED baselines (target rider ~68-82 kg; stock deviations noted) - use for plausibility, not as stock values. Block B are FACTORY values from owner's manuals - usable as catalog base values.

A) 250 MX model year 2025 (Keefer baselines)

Findings: (1) The 250 four-strokes run noticeably softer springs than the 450s (shock 42-56 vs 45-56 N/mm, fork 4.7-5.0 vs 5.0) - confirms category-specific base values, never copy across displacement classes. (2) Austrian trio again: identical platform but different AER pressures and clicks per brand. (3) SMR/FS rider sag target is 80 mm (not the MX 102-106) - supermoto sag convention differs from MX. (4) KTM publishes comfort/standard/sport click sets in the OM - a possible future LAISA feature (mood presets) maps 1:1 to these.

Catalog actions taken: yamaha-yz125-25 fork_spring_rate corrected 4.6 to 4.2 N/mm and shock_spring_rate 47 to 48 N/mm (Keefer stock specs page; previous values had no source and 4.6 is implausible for a 125 two-stroke). Other 250/SM catalog values left untouched - Block A values are tested baselines, not stock.
