A 2300-metre main circuit eight metres wide, a small 900-metre course at four metres, a training layout and an enduro loop: MX Londinieres, north of the village off the D920 towards Smermesnil, is more a facility than a track. The operator quotes 60 metres of height difference on the main circuit, and directories list the ground as chalk. It is closed Mondays and Tuesdays and open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00. The site has two large car parks, electricity, toilets, showers, a first-aid room, a baby-changing area and a big canteen, plus a campsite with over 200 pitches and thirteen chalets - more can be rented three kilometres away. Sixty metres of height difference in one lap is not a detail, it is the training plan. Climbing rewards early throttle and weight back, descending rewards nothing but where you look; separate the two cleanly in the same lap and you have used the day well. What annoys riders first on firm ground: the front feels vague and will not bite. First on our cause list is too much front tyre pressure - drop it, and the contact patch grows noticeably.
