MSC Haenchen in Lusatia traditionally holds its motocross race on Easter Monday - with an entry list you rarely see: sidecars and quads at German championship level, plus MX2 as a regional championship. In autumn the three-hour enduro Am Weinberg follows. The track measures 1980 metres on sand and is fast and hilly. Nearly two kilometres of fast sand with elevation change is above all a question of arm strength: over that distance the second half of a race decides it, not the first.
