MSC Berkheim has been riding motocross since 1994 and runs one of the more varied tracks in the Wuerttemberg Allgaeu: 1500 metres on sand, hilly, technical, with built jumps and off-camber sections. That combination is unusual - sand mostly lies flat, whereas here it comes with elevation change and sideways fall. For you that means double the effort: the ground takes energy anyway, and the off-camber additionally asks you to hold the bike actively underneath you. On a lap like this, fitness decides from about the twentieth minute onwards.
