The site at Kaltenholzhausen is run by MSC Kaltenholzhausen e.V., and the club operates it through fixed dates. Its own page advertises a supercross weekend and a rideday on the following Sunday, and it states plainly that there is no guarantee of tickets on site - those only exist if a class has not sold out. Besides the main track the grounds hold a dedicated supercross track: Collin Dugmore's offroad school runs a five-day summer camp there whose Wednesday is spent on the supercross track, while Monday and Tuesday as well as Thursday and Friday each run until late afternoon. For that camp the school lists 599 euros including track fees, with self-catering, toilets and water on site - though not drinking water - and participants split into two ability groups. What we have on file is a lap of 1800 metres on hard ground. A dedicated supercross track means tight rhythm sections and landings out of the air rather than long, rolling jumps, and the rear takes every touchdown in full. If the suspension bottoms hard on those landings, the strongest cause on our list is rear high-speed compression that is too soft. Add some of it so the hit is absorbed in the shock.
