The track sits on the edge of Merville airfield along the D23d and belongs to Moto-Club Mervillois, whose president is Jean-Pierre Delepierre. According to the mxcircuit.fr directory it is open on Wednesdays, Saturdays and public holidays from 2pm to 6pm, and a day costs 8 euros. The course is a man-made layout in earth, 2,200 metres long and only 6 metres wide, with a separate children's track alongside. Motorcycles only are permitted, an FFM or UFOLEP licence is required, and exhausts have to meet the noise limit. The source lists toilets as the on-site infrastructure. A lap that long on a trail that narrow means little room to move and a lot of repetition on the same line - and a built-up earth surface remembers it, keeping the ruts the morning cut into it. That is where your lap is decided, and that is where the front likes to drop into the rut and oversteer.
