There are conflicting accounts of Kloucka horice near Kluky u Pisku, and you should know that before driving out. The Czech portal MX trate lists it as an almost new, interestingly wound 1700-metre track on loam and sand, with training from Wednesday to Saturday and on Sunday mornings. The South Bohemian news site Jizni Cechy Ted, by contrast, reports that the site - long one of the best tracks in South Bohemia, and deliberately built technical to take speed out and reduce injuries - has since become overgrown, with the motocross club having moved to Jinin. Call before you go.
