Fraddon Moto Park

Fraddon sits at Penhale Round between Fraddon and St Columb, less than fifteen minutes from Newquay, and has been operated since 2023 by Fraddon Motopark Limited - a company on the UK register, which is not a given for a Cornish track. The venue was rebuilt and is laid out as a race circuit: alongside races there are private bookings and training days, but open practice only very sparingly. About the track itself - length, how the ground is built up, opening hours - nothing solid is published; ask before you travel. In August 2026 The Moto Academy runs a five-day MX camp here. A freshly built race track rides differently from a grown practice circuit: the faces are clean and the radii even, which is exactly why they forgive a short run-up less than a worn-in piste does. On built faces the most common annoyance is bucking - the bike kicks instead of leaving quietly. Front of our cause list is rear rebound: back too fast, rear thrown up. Slow it down, in small steps.
