Clark International Speedway

Clark International Speedway sits on Panday Pira Avenue inside the Clark Freeport Zone near Mabalacat City in Pampanga province. According to racingcircuits.info the venue grew out of a partnership between Clark Development Corporation and Kilton Motor Corporation and opened on 15 November 2008, at first as a drag strip, with the road course added in stages. The full course measures 4.189 kilometres, has 18 turns and runs counter-clockwise. The facility can be split into two independent halves, the West Course and the East Course, so two events can run at the same time. There is also a one-kilometre drag strip that hosts the National Drag Racing Championship. The road course carries the Philippine Superbike Championship, the Formula 4 South East Asia Championship, the Toyota Vios Cup, the Philippine GT Championship, the Philippine Touring Car Championship and the FlatOut Race Series; the 2016 Formula 4 round was the circuit's first FIA-certified event. A California Superbike School Philippines track day is documented for April 2025. Practice times, access rules and fees for open riding are not publicly documented, and the operator site was unreachable when we checked. 18 turns across a little over four kilometres means long fast sections alternating with tighter combinations, and that mix is exactly what we have on record here: fast and technical at the same time. On asphalt the quick sweepers give you no feedback from the ground, only from the chassis, so a restless bike is a balance problem first. Top of our cause list is the ride-height and sag balance: when it is off, the bike feels vague and floaty at speed. Set sag properly before you touch a single damping click.
