Bedkowo

Będkowo lies in the Prusice municipality right by the S5 expressway, and that is no coincidence: the European track directory files the site with sandy ground, 213 metres of altitude and the Moto Flow riding school as the contact. Moto Flow describes its own training track as being near Prusice, around thirty kilometres from Wrocław, with quick access via the S5 - the same corner of the map. The school is run by Zbyszek Janicki and Kuba Kucharski, both motorcycle sport instructors since 2017; Janicki says he has designed and built more than twenty motocross tracks. A track a track builder lays out for his own teaching is rarely the toughest one - it is the one where things can be practised cleanly. Use it that way: technique rather than lap time. There are no fixed opening hours; riding happens within the school's sessions. On sandy jumps the most common problem is still the same as everywhere: the bike bucks off the face. First on our list is rear rebound - returning too fast means catapult; fewer clicks out.
