For a lot of riders in Kentucky this place is still Blackrock. South Fork Motoplex on Oscar Skeeters Road near Leitchfield in Grayson County continues Blackrock Motocross Park, whose history runs back to the late nineties. When the current operator's parents retired the name went with them; in 2016 the venue reopened with a completely redrawn layout. It is described as a flowing course from beginner to pro, with an elevated start and several different soil types on the same site. Alongside practice days there are races and coaching dates, with tickets sold through an online presale. Several soil types in one lap are a gift and a trap at the same time. The setup that works in the soft section is two clicks off in the firm one.
