Iron Mine Race Park near Cedar City in southern Utah used to be Iron Springs Raceway. Under new management its 54 acres now hold a freshly rebuilt motocross track and a separate off-road loop; the MX course carries tabletops, a sand section, doubles and other obstacles, while the GP loop brings off-road character onto the same property. The venue sits at around 1,650 metres, within sight of Cedar Breaks National Monument. Riding costs 20 dollars, camping is allowed in developed sites only - eight of them with full RV hookups - and the parking is level and smooth. Quads are permitted alongside bikes; UTVs and 4x4s are not. One point belongs in every plan: Iron Mine is a private facility and opens to the public only on selected days. As a race venue the park has hosted a WORCS round among others. The issue on tabletops and doubles never changes: the bike kicks off the lip instead of flying clean.
