Honda Park Randers is the site of Randers Motor Sport and sits at Clausholmvej 180 in 8960 Randers SO. Training runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 20:00 - Thursday is reserved for RMS members and quads according to the club - and on Saturdays from 12:00 to 17:00. The environmental permit imposes a fixed winter break: the track is closed from 1 November to 1 March, and there is a summer closure in weeks 27, 28 and 29. The club runs a mini and a maxi track plus a clubhouse with a canteen, a large paddock and plenty of parking. After a visit, the magazine Crossbladet also describes an Eye-Track warning system using orange lights instead of sirens, and fibre and WiFi across the whole site; in April 2023 the club counted 253 members, and Jan Hvam is the chairman. Events held there include the Danish A championship, the ADAC MX Masters, the Oldboys championship and the Westcoast Cup. The club closes the track at short notice whenever too much rain has fallen, and then calls work days to repair the ground. Our record lists a hard surface with jumps and technical sections; on hardpack the front often gives little feedback and feels vague. Top of our cause list for that is too much front tyre pressure - take some out so the contact patch grows and the front bites again.
