MSF Sinngrund (Obersinn)

The track at Obersinn is run by MSF Sinngrund e.V. im DMV. The club publishes its own hours: from March to October it opens Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 19:00 for members only, while Saturdays from 12:30 to 17:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00 are open to guest riders as well - the Sunday slot runs on the first Sunday of the month or as announced. From November to February everything goes through the online booking, which opens 24 hours before the session starts, and no refunds are given. The day rates are on the club page too: children up to 65cc ride free, riders aged 6 to 18 on 85cc and above pay 10 euros, adults pay 20 euros. The track directory mx-info.de describes the lap as roughly 1500 metres with 14 corners and 12 jumps built as tables, doubles and singles, plus steep climbs and descents, and it lists a separate children's track of about 300 metres along with a clubhouse and terrace, changing rooms, showers and a snack bar. Twelve jumps in one lap with steep climbs and descents in between means you are in the air often and take the landings on changing gradients, so the rear picks up a fresh load at every face. If the bike kicks off the face and throws you forward, top of our cause list is rebound returning too fast at the rear and launching it off the lip. Slow it by a few clicks before you touch any other setting.
