The Am Dormes track of MSC Goldbach on the edge of the Spessart is one of the longer ones in Bavaria at 2000 metres, and the club describes it confidently as known across Europe. It sits on loam and is hilly, fast and fitted with built jumps. Two kilometres of loam with elevation change is above all a question of fitness: on a lap like this you get fewer chances to breathe than on a short technical track, and arm strength decides the second half of a session. The club keeps a detailed history and introduces its riders individually on the site.
