Faxe motocross bane

Do not expect a club operation with a notice board and a cash desk. The track near Faxe lies on Nordhjemsvej, a side road off Egedevej, close to an old landfill - and first-time visitors comfortably drive past the entrance. Riders describe it as a small, unfussy track for casual riding, with no fixed training schedule. One tip several of them give independently and that is worth taking: drive the access road slowly and quietly. At a track with no official opening hours, the neighbours have a say in how long it survives. Surface, track length and who is responsible are not publicly documented; what we hold is a mixed ground at around 46 metres of elevation. So on a first visit give yourself time to walk a lap before you start the engine - at a track with no maintained training operation, only your own eyes will tell you what the corners have become since the last rain.
