Slangerup Motocross Klub

The track of Slangerup Motocross Klub in Slangerup, northern Zealand, goes by several names - the club itself lists Hagerup Banen, Slangerup Crossbane and Slangerup Motocross bane. Training runs on Wednesdays from 17.00 to 19.00, in winter time from 16.00 to 18.00, and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 14.00. For non-members the club quotes 100 kroner on Wednesday and 150 kroner on Saturday; a trial licence costs 250 kroner. Members settle up under a separate scheme involving work hours. The club runs a webcam pointed at the track that refreshes every 15 minutes between 06.00 and 22.00, and posts on its front page whether the track is open; the most recent closure was down to rain. Track length and surface are not publicly documented. Our records hold a mixed surface at roughly 22 metres altitude. The deciding factor at this track is not the suspension but the weather: the track is shut when it rains, and the club gives you a live picture for exactly that question.
