There is a name behind the track on Old Bawtry Road in Austerfield: former GP racer Ed Bradley designed the site with his team and has developed it over some 25 years. The result is a fast, flowing circuit - singles through to tabletops, flat corners through to fast banked sweepers - plus a separate junior and minibike track. It runs Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are closed. On site there is a cafe, a parts shop, first aid and full marshalling, along with coaching and private hire. One note for searching: the operator spells it "Moto Parc". Fast and flowing means in practice that you rarely make a single mistake here - you carry it through a whole combination. Aim your laps at clean exits rather than top speed, and the rest follows. What catches almost everyone on fast circuits sooner or later: the bike goes vague and unsettled in the quick sweepers.
