The Terrarossa motocross track sits near Arenzano in Liguria, roughly four kilometres from the Arenzano motorway exit, and is run by Motoclub Don Bosco Arenzano. According to the Mxcenter track directory the course is 1,500 metres long, laid on medium-hard ground and homologated by the FMI in category 4. It opens on Wednesday from 1:30 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am, each time with a note to get in touch before travelling. A minicross loop is available. Infrastructure is minimal: no bar, no cold or hot showers, no 220-volt supply and no floodlighting are documented. The approach from the motorway is signposted for the off-road course; fees are not publicly documented. Our record has hardpack as the surface and a technical, tight character - a lot of braking and driving over a short distance, little in the way of long flat-out sections. On hard ground the front then starts to feel vague, because the front tyre has too small a contact patch. Top of our cause list for that is too much front tyre pressure - lower it so the tyre sits wider and gives feedback again.
