Frederikshavn Motocross Klub (FMCK) rides the Oernedal track just outside Saeby. The club describes it as a 1.3 kilometre course that combines dirt and sand in varied and demanding terrain, with flowing sections, high speed and natural corners. According to the club site it suits beginners as well as experienced riders who want to train technically. The events in the calendar are explicitly for club members only; newcomers are pointed at the Danish federation for membership and licence. For the season opener on 14 March 2026 the club announces training from 10:00 to 16:00, expressly subject to track condition, with soup at midday. Short-notice changes go out through the club's Facebook page. The club site names no fees. Our own record has a mixed surface at roughly 21 metres of altitude, which fits the description of dirt and sand. A fast, flowing layout loads the balance of the bike above all: in fast, long sweepers it starts to feel vague and unsettled. Top of our cause list is a ride-height and sag balance that is off - set the sag first, before you touch any clicks. That is a starting point, not a finished setup.
