Solsona in the Catalan Solsones is less a track than an enduro region, and it has been one for a long time: Motor Club Solsones and Club SIP Sport from Bassella ran a round of the enduro world championship here from 4 to 6 April 2014. Today Club Esportiu Massoni Sport organises the Enduro Country de Solsona as part of the Copa Catalana; the 2025 calendar carries the Enduro del Solsones on 27 April and the Enduro Sprint de Solsona on 26 October. The BR2 Enduro Solsona starts at Bassella and splits into three classes: FANS with no racing licence and insurance included in the entry, PRO and Friends for the competitive field, plus Classics for vintage machinery. The FANS option is the part worth remembering: same course, easier variants at the hard sections. If this is your first enduro of that size, that is the honest way in - and not a half measure. On hard ground the most common feedback is that the front feels vague and finds no grip. First item on our list is front tyre pressure - too much air shrinks the contact patch, so let some out before you touch the fork.
