MSC Schnaitheim has run motorsport since 1949, and its Hafnerhaeule track has just seen its 39th youth motocross - alongside a strong field in the ADAC Sidecar Clubsport Cup. The lap has been modernised and measures 1550 metres on hard, partly stony ground: hilly, technical, with built jumps. What stands out is how the club handles heat - on race day the surface is watered deliberately so dust stays under control despite high temperatures. On stony hardpack that is exactly the difference between usable grip and a dusty slide.
