Motocross Triesen

The track at Triesen is run by the Moto Cross Club Triesen (MCCT), a club that brings together motocross and motorcycle riders along with supporters of the sport. The club calls its venue the MX-Arena Haelos. According to the club's own track page, use of the circuit is reserved exclusively for members of the Moto-Cross Club Triesen, and training slots are booked in advance through the booking system on the club site. The hours the club states are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00, plus Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00; Sundays and public holidays are closed. Trax machines and excavators are only allowed on the grounds by prior arrangement. Racing is part of the picture too: the Liechtensteiner Vaterland reports that on 16 October 2022 the club held its 40th club race, doubling as the 23rd Liechtenstein national championship, with around 50 entered riders, roughly a third of them from the home club - the first race day after the pandemic cancellations of 2020 and 2021. For its races the club states a field of at most 16 starters per class, classifications for guest and club riders as well as 50/65 and 85 cc, timing via Speedhive and an on-site catering tent; spectators aged 14 and over pay 10 francs, children get in free. How the track actually rides is not documented publicly by the club: neither the ground build-up nor the lap length is stated anywhere, so the length remains open. What we have on file is a mixed surface at roughly 471 metres of altitude - our data says nothing further about its character. In practice that means the route onto this circuit runs through membership and a prior reservation first, so sort out both before you set off, or you will be standing at a closed gate - and on a Sunday you will anyway.
