Moto-Cross Strecke Tannengrund

The "Am Tannengrund" track near Apolda belongs to MSC "Tannengrund" Apolda im ADAC e.V., and the club is visible above all as an event organiser. Its flagship is the Paul Friedrichs memorial race, run for the eleventh time in October 2025, with the Hufo Pokal contested on the Saturday before it for the second year running. The class list tells you a lot about the character: all 125s regardless of build year, machines from 1960 to 1995, machines from 1996 to 2025, plus over-40 and under-40 classifications. Minimum age is 15. Important if you want to enter: entries and payment through Vorstart are explicitly not accepted here - registration goes through the club itself. Miss that and you arrive on race day without a grid slot. The club publishes nothing about surface or track length; what we hold is a mixed ground at around 208 metres of elevation. So plan your visit around a date on the calendar, not around a practice session that is documented nowhere.
