The cross track at Systofte near Nykoebing Falster is run by Foreningen Guldborgsund Unge Cross, a volunteer-run association on Lolland-Falster. The club operates two tracks, Systofte and Laagerup; the Systofte site is at Systofte Bygade 2 in Nykoebing F. Per the club, you can start between the ages of 6 and 25. Access is tied to registration: anyone who wants to ride on the track must be signed up for training or a race beforehand - the club states that outright. Training times change with the season and live in a continuously maintained calendar rather than a fixed table. On the sporting side the club runs at least three tournaments a year with at least three races each, plus Danish championship rounds, and holds a training camp in week 29 in Eksjoe, Sweden. Track length and fees are not publicly documented. Our records hold clay as the surface, at roughly 12 metres altitude, and the track is registered for both motocross and enduro. Clay ground cuts deep ruts over time, and that is where the front likes to knife in and oversteer. Top of our cause list for that is a fork set too soft, riding too low and folding into the rut - add compression.
