Pleasure Valley Raceway sits near Seward in Pennsylvania and is an AMA-sanctioned motocross facility; Jeff Cernic is named as the contact. The track measures 1.1 miles and runs over a topsoil and sawdust surface with many elevation changes. The start is from a cement starting gate and goes uphill. Camping costs nothing extra, you just pay the gate admission price; dogs are allowed on a leash for the weekend. For water there is a fee-based city water connection plus a pond-fed tank where you can fill your wash barrels. The calendar carries an AMA Northeast Area Qualifier in late April 2026, among other events. Regular practice times and gate prices are not publicly documented. An uphill start and constant elevation change set you the same task over and over: traction on the climb. If the rear spins there, top of our cause list is too much rear tire pressure, because it shrinks the contact patch. Let some out - easy to do with a mousse - and the rear tire finds grip on the slope again.
