The crossodromo in the Pietraia locality belongs to the municipality of Cortona in the province of Arezzo and is administered by it; the responsible body is the municipal sports office based at Piazza della Repubblica. The municipality lists the venue as a category 3 track on earth, 1400 metres long. On access it states explicitly that the arrangements must be requested from the sports office - no riding days, practice hours or fees are published on the municipal page, so they are not documented. Nothing is stated there about a bar, showers or power either. Our own record has this down as a clay surface with a technical character, that is ground whose grip changes noticeably with moisture and that rewards clean lines rather than top speed. Because the track is municipally owned and no public riding schedule exists, settle access with the sports office in Cortona before you travel; without that answer you arrive at the gate not knowing whether riding is allowed that day at all.
