The site at Horni Slavkov in the Karlovarsky region is run by the club Q Racing Team z.s., which also uses the name MX Horni Slavkov - Q Racing s.r.o. on its own pages. The operator is first of all a motocross team with around ten listed riders and uses the area both for its own sport and for events; a report on a race under the name MX Horni Slavkov dates from October 2021. For the public the operator names fixed windows: Wednesday from 14:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00. Team manager Stanislav Vasicek is given as the contact. Track length, surface, fees and the rules for visiting riders are not documented on the operator's site.
