The MSC-Maisbirbaum track sits on the L1096 road in 2115 Maisbirbaum in north-eastern Lower Austria. The club does not run an open site but a booked one: day riders have to sign up through the online registration form, and what you book are individual training days, advertised on the page as Wednesday or Saturday dates. During booking you pick your displacement class - 50 cc, 65 and 85 cc, or 125 cc and above - and you accept the terms of use, the liability waiver and the site rules before the registration counts. The 2026 season started with the first training day on 7 March. The club does not publish prices online, and the CrossNews directory has no training times or fees on file for Maisbirbaum either; it points to the club's Instagram channel. We have clay on record as the ground. Clay builds ruts, and in ruts the typical problem is the front wheel: it knifes in and oversteers as soon as the fork sits too low. Top of our cause list for that is compression that is too soft up front - add some so the fork stays higher in the stroke and does not knife into the rut.
