MSC Bauschheim e.V. im ADAC was founded in 1968 according to mx-info.de, has around 300 members and runs its facility on a former gravel works site in Ruesselsheim am Main. The main track measures about 1,500 metres over hard ground made of sand, loam and gravel and runs through turns, jumps and tables; there is also a children's track of roughly 320 metres. Training times are Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturdays from 14:00 to 17:00 and Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00 - in regular operation, however, for club members only. Guest riders get on the track at designated events, for example the annual MX-Weekend in August; for children there is a taster session every first Saturday of the month from 10:00 to 12:00. Facilities include a timing system and an MX hall for training in bad weather. Hard ground made of sand, loam and gravel keeps its grip for a long time but forgives little: the fast line is narrow, and the jumps are approached from comparatively short run-ups. In practice the access question matters more here than any suspension setting - as a guest rider, plan your visit around one of the open dates, because regular training is reserved for members.
