Open practice runs Saturday 09:00 to 15:00 rotating the rider groups, and Sunday morning from 09:00, at 40 dollars per rider; spectators pay 20 dollars from age seven. Camping is primitive, electric and water hook-ups cost extra, and the water on site is expressly non-potable. The group rotation in Saturday practice is your metronome. Spend every gap between your own sessions wrenching rather than resting and you will ride the second half of the day worse than the first. Decide in advance what the day is: a test day or a riding day. Big triples expose the usual setup problem quickly: the bike kicks off the face. Top of our cause list is rear rebound returning too fast and throwing the rear up on the lip - slow it down.
