Hoope Park

Hoope Park in Wulsbuettel, northeast of Bremen, was run for more than twenty years by Anke and Heiko Schlicht. MX-Info lists the venue with a 1600 metre main track, a children's track of around 800 metres and an enduro track of around 2000 metres on mixed ground of sand and loam; motocross, enduro, quad and sidecar were admitted. Prices were 15 euro for a half day and 30 euro for a full day from age 16, 13 and 20 euro respectively for youngsters aged 11 to 15, and 10 and 15 euro for children up to 10; annual membership cost 100 euro. The site had permanent toilets, a camping area with power and water hookups, a small workshop and a playground. Operating status is the decisive point here. CROSS Magazin reported on 18 January 2024 that the operators had sold the property after more than twenty years, that a first buyer had pulled out, that equipment down to the tractors was sold off in December 2023 and that a new investor took the site that day - a local sand quarrying company was assumed; the website went offline. MX-Info now lists the track as permanently closed and MxMap holds no opening times. Our own record has mixed ground at roughly 17 metres altitude. Do not set off for this one without confirming the operating status directly with the operator first.
